The breakfast was amazing. The standart room was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The decoration was great. It’s a renewed property but I loved the fact that the history was protected and exhibited.

Beautifully decorated and very clean throughout. Lots of different spaces to sit if you don’t want to stay in your room. Liked the jazz music that was playing in the evenings. My sister and I were upgraded to a junior suite and it was perfect, really made our stay. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Any staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail. Great variety for breakfast. The hotel is in the perfect location. All sights are within 5 to 15 mins walking distance. The train station is a 20 minute walk and we did a trip to Lake Garda which again only takes around 20 mins. I would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely fantastic location, a few minutes stroll from the Arena and piazza Erbe. Inside the hotel is a clever combination of the ancient, old and modern, combining Renaissance Verona and modern Scandi design. My junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. Great view from the windows too! Friendly, helpful staff.

The location is absolutely perfect for sightseeing or going to the opera. The hotel is very pretty, tastefully decorated, the staff is amazing and they really go out of their way to make the stay pleasing. Rooms are cozy, beds are comfortable. We will for sure stay again during the next opera festival

Amazing clean hotel, friendly helpful staff going extra mile for you, excellent location in the historic part of the city. A city map with the recommendations given by reception upon arrival was very helpful. Special thank you to Paloma. Complimentary waters and wine were appreciated and a really nice gesture. Hotel smells so nice and have hanging giant blooming orchids around. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and in Verona.

i knew the former Palazzo Vittoria - the did a great job with the renovation. Staff is great. Location excellent.

Customer service was the standout point for this hotel. Please don't change your friendly welcome and willingness to help guests. The staff were very helpful every time I had a question or needed help, even before checking in. The hotel itself is tucked away but in the city centre. You get the best of both worlds in being in a central location, but it is also quiet as it's on a quiet street off the main road. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern.

A beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations, staff and location. It's also the site of Roman ruins that have been preserved and can be viewed near the front desk. Amazing!
